Lithia Park Master Plan (PDF) (updated version with October 9, 2024 Addenda.) In November 2017, the Lithia Park Master Plan process was launched. This master plan will guide the management of the park’s resources, facilities and visitor experiences over the next 100 years, ensuring that Lithia Park continues to shine as Ashland’s jewel.

Trails Master Plan (updated 2020) (PDF) The Trails Master Plan (TMP) for Ashland was originally developed in the early 2000s and approved in 2006. At that time, it was recommended that a 10-year review take place. The plan was updated in 2020.
