WARNING: WIRE TRANSFER SCAM ALERT
The Ashland Community Development Dept. is warning customers of a phishing scam that is targeting applicants.
In this scam, applicants are emailed a fraudulent invoice containing details about their project along with wire transfer instructions. The City of Ashland will NEVER request payment via wire transfer. If you believe you have been targeted, DO NOT reply to the phishing email and contact the Community Development Dept. immediately.
The City of Ashland Building Division provides full plan review and inspection services for new and remodeled construction within the City of Ashland.

Schedule Inspections
Inspections for Ashland are conducted between 7 am and 3:30 pm on a 24-hour notice. To schedule an online inspection you will need to a Citizen Self Service user account and be listed as a project contact on permit.

Plan Submittals
Building Permit application packages for new residential construction (single-family, multi-family, accessory residential units) and applications for commercial projects (tenant improvements, new commercial buildings) are submitted by email to the Building Division for processing. Email complete application package along with the construction plans to the Building Division for review.
