A MESSAGE FROM JACKSON COUNTY:
Notice is hereby given that on April 9 and 10, 2025, the Property Values Appeals Board (PVAB) of Jackson, Oregon will meet in Room 301 of the County Courthouse at10 S Oakdale Ave, Medford, Oregon 97501, to:
- 1st meeting convening 2024-25 Property Values Appeals Board.
- Hear petitions for reduction of real market, maximum assessed, specially assessed or assessed value of property as of January 1, 2024, or as determined under ORS 308.146(5)(a), ORS 308.146(6)(a), or ORS 308.428.
- Hear petitions for reduction of values corrected under ORS 311.28.
- Hear petitions for waiver of penalties for late filing of real or personal property returns.
Petitions must have been filed with the County Clerk’s office or postmarked no later than December 31, 2024.
A schedule of hearings for those that request to be present will be posted 48-hours prior to the meeting(s) in the Jackson County Clerk's office.
Executive sessions may be held during the session as authorized by ORS 192.660, to consider documents and information made confidential under ORS 308.290(10), ORS 308.411 and ORS 308.413.
