The Parks, Recreation, Open Space & Senior Services (PROS) Strategic Plan is a roadmap that will guide the Ashland Parks & Recreation Department’s direction for the next decade. This plan will define service goals for parks, recreation and senior services, enabling the department to assess its performance against these goals and compare them to other communities.
The plan emphasizes public input to help prioritize the operations and development of Ashland’s Parks & Recreation Department. There will be several opportunities for community engagement throughout the planning process.
