Time is running out to participate in the Jackson County Community Needs Assessment (CNA) Survey! Conducted by Pacific Research and Evaluation (PRE) on behalf of ACCESS, the survey aims to better understand the needs, experiences and available resources for residents throughout the county.
The survey closes July 3 at 11:59 p.m. Please help spread the word.
The survey is available in English and Spanish, is completely anonymous and optional to complete. As a thank-you, participants can enter a drawing for a Walmart gift card.
