Ashland, Spring 2024 – We have been honored with the Certificate of Excellence in Reliability by the American Public Power Association (APPA). This prestigious award recognizes Ashland's exceptional electric utility service, which has significantly exceeded the five-year average reliability benchmarks for all U.S. electric utilities.
The City actively participates in the APPA's e-Reliability Tracker service, monitoring power outages and restoration efforts against national standards set by the Energy Information Administration. This consistent excellence in service ensures the community benefits from dependable electricity.
