Due to cold temperatures in the forecast, a Severe Weather Shelter will be open in Ashland for the nights of Monday, December 1 through Wednesday night, December 3, 2025. This Shelter is managed by OHRA, Opportunities for Housing Resources and Assistance, who will coordinate and staff with OHRA employees and volunteers. Phone #: 541-631-2235; Website: ohrahelps.org.
Doors open at 5 p.m., doors close and lights out by 10 p.m. There is limited space available. This is a low-barrier, no frills, overnight shelter for anyone needing to get out of the cold.
