Preparations are being made on the final phase of work on the Ashland Street Overlay Project. This phase will begin on July 8 and will include the installation of green striping of the bike lanes and the installation of tubular markers to help separate the bike lanes from the vehicular lanes. Due to temperature requirements of the striping material that will be installed, all of this work will be completed during night time hours between 7pm and 7 am with most of the work starting after 9pm. Noise from the work processes should be minimal. Lane closures will occur throughout the remaining duration of the project and closures of driveways should also be expected but should occur after normal business hours. This project is anticipated to be fully completed by the end of July.
