The City utility payment kiosk located at 1175 East Main Street, near Council Chambers and the Police Station, is currently unable to process credit card payments. However, you can still make payments using cash or check at the kiosk.
To pay with a credit card, please visit our online payment portal at ashlandoregon.gov/UtilityBilling or call 541.488.6004 and select Option 1. Be sure to have your account number and customer number from your statement handy.
