Are you wondering why your payment is mailed to Seattle? In September 2024, we partnered with Wells Fargo for Lockbox Processing to streamline check payments, improving efficiency in the Utility Billing office and allowing more staff availability to assist customers. Lockbox Processing securely collects, processes, and deposits payments directly, reducing administrative work and enhancing fraud prevention. By sending payments directly to the lockbox, rather than through Utility Billing, we reduce the risk of mail fraud. For even greater security, consider using auto-pay to prevent check fraud.

We look forward to welcoming you at our South Ashland location in the New Year! “We are Better Together!”
