UPDATE January 29, 2025:
The City of Ashland will extend the RFP submittal deadline for the AHTF to account for a delay caused by the City Council's scheduled review of the AHTF grant program on February 4, 2025. The deadline will be extended by at least two weeks to accommodate the Council’s review.
The City is once again making Affordable Housing Trust Funds available and is requesting proposals from eligible applicants for the award of up to $200,000 in City of Ashland Affordable Housing Trust Funds. For more information, please refer to the Request for Proposals on the City of Ashland website (PDF). The deadline for application submittal is 4:30 p.m., February 21, 2025.
