Hunter Park is approximately 10 acres and is located on Homes Avenue between Walker and Normal Streets. The park has eight tennis courts, ballfields, picnic areas, restrooms, and the Daniel Meyer Memorial Swimming Pool. In the winter of 2017, a new playground was installed.
The tennis court lights can be activated by players between the hours of 4 and 10 pm
Hunter Park tennis courts host tournaments throughout the year. Signs will be posted on courts one week prior to the event.
The Daniel Meyer Memorial Swimming Pool is outdoors and is open mid-June through Labor Day Weekend.
The Ashland Senior Center is also located in Hunter Park. The park is dog-friendly.
The park has been adopted by the Ashland Tennis and Fitness Club.
