Water Conservation Programs

Ashland residents can receive up to $200 per household when they purchase a new smart irrigation controller. 

Smart irrigation controllers automatically adjust watering schedules based on weather conditions, helping reduce outdoor water waste and lower your monthly water bill.

Qualifying customers can receive up to $3,000 to remove their grass. Rebate amounts will vary based on the square footage of grass removed. All converted areas must be replaced with a low-water-use landscape.

Qualifying customers can receive up to $75 to replace an old high-water-use toilet with a WaterSense low-flow toilet. Earn more from the rebate by replacing more than one high-flow toilet. Visit the EPA WaterSense website to view eligible toilets.
