APRC currently has three Advisory Committees which follow public meeting rules and several less formal Management Advisory Committees.
APRC Advisory Committees
Instructions for taking part in a public meeting are always included in the agendas. Options for participation include submitting written comments before the meeting, watching the meeting or providing oral testimony during a meeting.
Ashland Senior Advisory Committee (ASAC)
ASAC advises Ashland Parks and Recreation Commissioners on matters related to the Senior Services Division and advocates for the needs of Ashland seniors.
Recreation Division Advisory Committee (RDAC)
RDAC advised the Ashland Parks and Recreation Commissioners on matters related to the Recreation Division.
Trails Advisory Committee (TAC)
TAC advises the Ashland Parks and Recreation Commissioners on matters related to trails.
