2. Confirmation of Community Garden Raised Bed and Additional Materials Addendum

   I have read and understand the Raised Garden Bed and Additional Materials Addendum to the Community Garden Contract. This agreement with the Ashland Parks and Recreation Department is required for participation in the Ashland Community Gardens program. As a member of the community garden, I agree to adhere to terms of this addendum and agree to contact the Garden Coordinator prior to altering or updating my garden plot. I have received a copy of the addendum and am aware that I can access the Community Garden Contract and the Addendum via the Community Garden page on the Ashland Parks and Recreation website.
