The 2026 Town Hall Gathering featured Mayor Tonya Graham’s State of the City address, a short film highlighting City accomplishments from the past two years, followed by the presentation of two esteemed honors:

  • The James M. Ragland "Volunteer Spirit" Community Service Award: 2026 recipient is Debbie Neisewander
  • The Alan C. Bates Public Service Award: 2026 recipient is Dennis Slattery
