Inspections

The safety of our citizens, visitors, buildings, and natural resources is of utmost importance to the sustainability of our city. Ashland Fire and Rescue enforces the Oregon Fire Code and associated amendments as adopted by the Ashland Municipal Code to ensure this safety through inspections in government and business buildings, multi-family residential buildings, and schools.

Some code requirements are generic to all buildings, and some are specific depending on the use of the building. There are fees associated with all inspections. Please view the inspection fees listed below.
