Chapter 13.03 Sidewalk Cafe' (Effective 11/09) protects and promotes a safe environment within the public sidewalks in dthe C-1-D, C-1, and E-1 zoning districts. The applicant must submit this application along with a scaled diagram of the sidewalk permit area, with dimensions and the location and description of all structures, materials, and activities. In addition, a certificate of insurance and endorsement form must be provided and the attached "Terms and Conditions" agreement signed. All permits expire December 31st of the year obtained.
