The Ashland Municipal Court offers a Bicycle Safety program in lieu of paying the fine on your bicycle violation. You will learn the laws, your rights as a cyclist, and what you can do to reduce your chance of becoming a statistic.
To qualify for this program you must meet the following criteria:
You have not received a bicycle citation within the last two years.
You have not participated in another bicycle program within the last two years.
To apply, please fill out the application online or contact the Court for further information. If approved, you will be given 120 days to pay the $25.00 program fee to the Court and to complete an online traffic safety class through Uturn180.com. The cost of the class is $50.00.
