The following violations may be dismissed upon proof of correction and payment of $25.00 (if applicable):
- Driving Uninsured and Failure to Carry Proof of Insurance (must provide proof of insurance for date and time of violation)
- Failure to Renew Vehicle Registration
- Failure to Register Vehicle
- Failure to Display or Carry Registration
- Failure to Notify DMV of Name or Address change
- Operation of Vehicle without Driving Privileges
- Defective Vehicle Equipment: Brakes, lights, turn signals, etc...
- Studded tires
- Failure to Display License Plates
- Cracked windshields
- Tinted Windows
