Ashland Municipal Court offers traffic school as a way to keep a conviction off your driving record. The program gives drivers an opportunity to recognize and review their driving habits, attitudes, and behaviors.
To qualify for the program you must meet the following criteria:
You have no previous moving violation or traffic crime convictions within the last two years.
You have not participated in another traffic school program in this Court or any other court within the last two years.
You have a valid non-commercial driver's license or permit.
Your citation did not involve an accident.
To apply, please fill out the application online or contact the Court for further information. Once your application has been approved, you will have 120 days to pay the Traffic School Program fee (listed below) and to complete the online traffic safety course through Uturn180.com. The cost of the class is $50.00.

No extensionswill be granted for any reason.
The Traffic School Program fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to any additional fines that may be imposed.
Failure to complete the Traffic School program will result in a conviction reported to Oregon DMV. The full presumptive fine (as listed on your citation) will be imposed and is due to the Court within 30 days. Any fees paid toward the Traffic School Program fee will be forfeited.
Traffic School is notoffered for Unlawful Cell / Distracted Driving Offenses per 811.507, or on class A violations (with the exception of the DWS program).
