Ashland Municipal Court offers a program for Driving While Suspended (DWS) Violation first time offenders. If completed successfully, your citation will be dismissed.
To qualify for the program you must meet the following criteria:
You have never been convicted for a DWS violation.
You have never participated in another DWS program to keep a conviction off of your driving record.
You were not involved in an accident.
To apply, please fill out the application online or contact the Court for further information. Once your application has been approved, you will have 120 days to pay the $300.00 program fee to the Court and to file proof of a valid driver's license. Upon successful completion your citation will be dismissed.
