Court Payments

Payment Options

Payments can be made to the Ashland Municipal Court in the following manners: 

  • *online (additional fees may apply). 
  • in person Monday through Thursday 9am to 1pm 
  • by phone 541-482-5214 Monday through Wednesday 9am to 5pm and Thursday 9am to 1pm
  • by mail: Mail a check or money order made out to the Ashland Municipal Court at: 1175 E Main Street Ashland, OR 97520 
  • by Dropbox: 1175 E Main Street Ashland, OR 97520 *Please include name and contact information with payment. 

*Payments cannot be made online for cell phone violations, cases enrolled in traffic school, and cases that are in suspension or have been referred to a collections agency.  

Payment Plans

Some cases may be eligible for payment plans. Please contact Court Staff for further information and to request a payment plan. 

Collections

If you account has been sent to Collections you are to contact the collections agency to request a payment plan. Your account may have been sent to one of two collections agencies: Collect Northwest (formerly Southern Oregon Credit Services) or Professional Credit. You are to contact the Court to determine which agency your account was referred to.
