Butler-Perozzi Fountain
Better together, the Ashland community is uniting to recreate the historic Butler-Perozzi Fountain in Lithia Park, honoring its legacy while ensuring a resilient, lasting landmark for generations to enjoy.

Centennial Ice Rink Updates
The Ashland Rotary Centennial Ice Rink is being retrofitted to bring the canopy structure up to building code.

City Hall
Learn about City Hall’s history, costs, building conditions and legal constraints, then take the survey and share your vision to help shape Ashland’s future together.

East Main Park
Phase 1 of East Main Park will develop 6.52 acres into a neighborhood park featuring a dog park, bike pump track and skills park and street improvements. The park is being designed to be low maintenance with minimal water use.

North Mountain Avenue Overlay Project
The North Mountain Avenue Overlay Project kicked off in January 2026. The project will include improving pavement, ADA ramps and pedestrian and bicycle safety through June 2026.

Strategic Plan
We are launching a community-driven Strategic Plan to help chart our shared future. This plan will guide how we deliver services, set priorities and invest resources over the coming years, with staff perspectives playing an important role alongside community input.

Water Treatment Plant
The new water treatment plant will be built in a safer location, replacing the aging and vulnerable facility currently situated in a flood- and fire-prone canyon.

- Ashland Airport Pavement Rehab is 90% design complete. The project is in FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) review period. Construction estimated to start summer 2026.
- ODOT (Oregon Department of Transportation)
- Wastewater
- Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks Upgrade is in the 60% design review period. Construction is estimated to start winter of 2026.
